About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant individual to join our team as a Library Assistant at the Davis and Gonville Library. This is a permanent part-time position with various hours across three days, including Saturdays.
As a key customer service representative for the library, you will be responsible for handling checkouts and returns, assisting customers in navigating our collections, helping with public computer enquiries, and barista duties for the library cafe.
About You
We are looking for a people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers. If you enjoy working in a team and possess excellent communication, listening and reasoning skills, we would love to hear from you.
