CCTV Product Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dicker Data in Morningside, New Zealand. This role has national responsibility and is focused on selling and marketing CCTV products and solutions across our channel partner base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product roadmaps, lifecycle, product ranges, margins, and pricing.
  • Conduct market analysis and work with vendors to develop long-term strategies for assigned brands.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and manage product launches.
  • Negotiate pricing and rebates with vendors to maximise profitability.
  • Oversee excess and aged inventory management.
  • Devise and successfully implement marketing budgets and strategies.
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly forecasts/budgeting updates and review performance against targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners, becoming a trusted advisor.

Core Competencies Sought
3 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development Management (BDM) with a proven track record in developing new business and maintaining existing business. Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise workload to meet company and customer expectations. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate and liaise with all levels of customer and supplier contacts. Strong numeracy and Intermediate MS Excel skills with an understanding of back-end administration procedures. High level of initiative and enthusiasm, but able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
