Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team in NZ.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security systems, with experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems, access control systems, intercoms, visitor management systems, and other cloud-based or IP systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with these systems, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure. Additionally, they will have high-level communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, intercoms, visitor management systems, and other cloud-based or IP systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with these systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
