Multi-Clinic Operations Manager

Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on our organization. As a Regional Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple clinics, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among physicians, mid-level providers, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability, including analyzing financial performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between Support Services and clinics, communicating corporate policy and procedural changes, as well as clinic operational protocols.
- Oversee staffing functions, working with Human Resources to select and develop candidates, conduct performance evaluations, and address discipline and development needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience leading multi-clinic locations.
- Two years of work experience in dermatology or five years of related work experience or demonstrated excellent team leader experience with Forefront Dermatology or commensurate experience in any clinic or operations-related healthcare setting.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that allows for insurability.
- Familiarity with computers and healthcare software, including Electronic Medical Record systems, patient scheduling programs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
