We are seeking a Senior Principal Scientist to lead our research efforts in high and ultra-high voltage Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and developing core technologies for future power system applications and energy savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Development: Lead research focused on the development of SiC high-voltage Superjunction (SJ) MOSFETs, Ultra-high-voltage IGBTs, and related core technologies.
  • Technology Advancement: Utilize advanced technology, process, and device modeling tools such as Silvaco, Sentaurus, or similar platforms to create state-of-the-art power MOSFET architectures.
  • Device Characterization: Hands-on experience with ultra-high voltage high power device characterization analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster revolutionary ideas among team members to simplify processes and reduce costs for the fabrication of ultra-high power devices.
Requirements:
  • Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Solid-State Physics.
  • Experience: 15+ years of related and industry experience in SiC devices.
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of power conversion circuit topologies, ability to conceptualize and establish the groundwork for integrating high-voltage high-power devices into final modular designs.
