Senior Metrology Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Senior Metrology Engineer to join our team at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on semiconductor metrology.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize recipes for new R&D applications
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance measurement repeatability

**Requirements:** A bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material, Physics or Chemical Engineering is required. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor metrology is preferred. Proficiency in computer software skills such as JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic, etc. is necessary. Strong problem-solving and quality control skills including LEAN 6sigma, RCA, DOE, etc. are also essential.
