About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and clinically managing clinical functions in the team.

You will work closely with the Team Manager to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our patients and their whanau. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of improving equity and health outcomes for pakeke/adults accessing secondary mental health services.

Requirements

  • Eligible to register or registered in a Vocational scope with the Medical Council of New Zealand
  • Ability to lead and clinically manage clinical functions in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for improving equity and health outcomes for pakeke/adults accessing secondary mental health services
