About the Job

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that includes working Monday to Friday and one rostered Saturday a month.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing sales at the trade counter, and loading goods onto customer vehicles.

You will also be required to assist customers with returns or repairs, pull orders to get them ready for delivery, and maintain an efficient warehouse.

To succeed in this role, you must be an organised and reliable team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Process sales at the trade counter
  • Load goods onto customer vehicles
  • Assist customers with returns or repairs
  • Pull orders to get them ready for delivery
  • Maintain an efficient warehouse
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-focused and outgoing attitude, good work ethic, and flexibility to work across multiple departments.

You will also need to have proven experience in customer service in a retail sales environment or warehouse experience, as well as physical fitness to handle manual handling and some heavy lifting.

A Full New Zealand driver's license is essential, and a forklift license is an advantage.
