Job Description:

This role involves working in an agile team to guide the use of technology and delivery approach. Strong technical skills are required, particularly on integration-focused projects, to act as the pivot or intermediary between end-users and IT.

You will be responsible for requirements discovery, understanding client business, existing processes, problems and needs. Creating JIRA tickets, documenting information on Confluence and facilitating workshops and discussion sessions/channels are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should also be familiar with tools like Confluence/Jira, Splunk, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI, IntelliJ/Eclipse, and Git/Bitbucket.
