The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Copywriter to join our team. As a Technical Copywriter, you will play a vital role in developing high-quality product content that resonates with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging product content for web, packaging, in-store materials, and training resources.
  • Bridge the gap between design and customers by translating complex product specifications into easy-to-understand content.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy by aligning product information with external brand guidelines (Polartec, Pertex, Bluesign, RDS).
  • Manage product data by maintaining a master product information database, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Digital, and Wholesale teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical writing, product copywriting, or a similar role – within the Outdoor industry is an advantage.
  • A knack for breaking down complex information into clear, engaging copy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work with designers, marketers, and product developers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail – ensuring product claims are accurate and compliant.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
