As a Logistics Process Improvement Professional, the successful Warehouse Process Trainer will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Reporting directly to our Health and Safety and Training Advisor, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize operating procedures in the warehouse, and developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in FMCG warehouse operations, as well as a proven ability to coach and mentor team members, addressing undesirable behaviors and managing conflict. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
