We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Skycity Entertainment Group.

  • Mapped business processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Worked with stakeholders to document and record current and desired states of business operations
  • Analyzed large volumes of documentation to inform process improvements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst outside of IT-focused delivery, with a focus on process mapping and documentation
  • Experience in workflow mapping and risk management practices
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying process inefficiencies
  • The ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Confidence to interact with people at all levels
