Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker to join our team as an Intensive Family Service Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with families to strengthen relationships, support the development of self-regulation and executive skills, and address the impacts of trauma on child development and attachment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deeply engage and motivate families to achieve positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with diverse populations to address complex family dynamics
  • Develop and implement effective child and family plans to promote safety and wellbeing
  • Provide professional supervision and guidance to colleagues
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in social work and working with complex family systems
  • Proven ability to work with diverse populations and build strong relationships
  • Registered social worker with a current practicing certificate
  • Full driver's license
About the Role
