We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team on Tasmania's scenic West Coast. As a unit of the Tasmanian Health Service, Primary Health North West is focused on providing exceptional services to our consumers across our District Hospital and Community Health Services.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes the educational needs and development of the West Coast workforce.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and activities within the West Coast District Hospital (WCDH), including sub-acute inpatients, Emergency First Response Unit (EFRU), Residential Aged Care, and Community Services based at Rosebery Community Health Centre (RCHC).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver high-quality education programs that meet the needs of our consumers and staff.
- Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
**Requirements**
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
