**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team at Performance Motors Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate BMW Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and excellent customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strategize branding positions for BMW in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Plan product line-ups and unique selling points for all BMW models.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Sales Department and implement changes.
  • Review and enhance showrooms to improve the retail experience.
  • Plan and recruit manpower requirements.
  • Set pricing, promotions, and plans to increase sales volumes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
  • Benchmark and improve BMW Sales CSI and mystery shopping target scores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
  • Experience in managing teams and resources.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license.
  • Proficiency in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management.
