Sales Director

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team at Performance Motors Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate BMW Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Strategize branding positions for BMW in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Plan product line-ups and unique selling points for all BMW models.
- Identify areas for improvement within the Sales Department and implement changes.
- Review and enhance showrooms to improve the retail experience.
- Plan and recruit manpower requirements.
- Set pricing, promotions, and plans to increase sales volumes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
- Benchmark and improve BMW Sales CSI and mystery shopping target scores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
- Experience in managing teams and resources.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Proficiency in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management.
