We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient-Centered Nursing Professional. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
You will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Your expertise in medication management, enteral feeding, falls prevention, and wound care will be essential in ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
