Resident Care Aide

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring public areas are tidy. You'll work closely with our household supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. We also expect you to adhere to our Health & Safety policies and procedures, using chemicals safely and storing them properly.
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous cleaning experience, preferably in a similar environment. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into whatever needs doing. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings. Reliable transport or travel arrangements are a must.
