  • As a key member of our team, you will play a coaching and mentoring leadership role in maturing the business analysis practice, including advocating, and using BA principles, frameworks, techniques, and tools that will help achieve outstanding outcomes.

You'll perform business analysis for varied intellectually stimulating projects and programmes, providing direction and support to Associate Business Analysts and Business Analysts. Your goal is to ensure that planned projects in the longer term and delivery projects in the shorter-term address business needs.

You'll alternate between working at a high level and in detail, analyzing requirements, designing new functionality, and configuring products.

">

This role requires experience from multiple ICT projects, including requirements analysis techniques and other business analyst activities such as problem analysis, benefits elicitation and mapping, current and future state analysis, writing development ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and facilitating refinement sessions and user demos.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and estimate business analysis tasks on projects.
  • Work in partnership with a variety of business stakeholders to define business problems and clarify thinking to draw out key contextual information and future states to provide a robust foundation for projects.
  • Plan and complete a wide range of analysis activities as sole Business Analyst on large and complex IT projects, ideally enterprise level business analysis.

You'll be known for your active listening and communication skills and attention to detail in all written documentation.

You'll have examples of influencing and advising outcomes based on evidence.
