Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to patients with various types of cancer;
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans;
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, haematologists, and other specialists;
- Participate in tumor boards and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines;
- Engage in educational activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A FRACP qualification or equivalent in Medical Oncology;
- Eligibility for registration with the New Zealand Medical Council;
- Alignment with Te Toka Tumai | Auckland's values;
- A higher degree (MD, PhD) is desirable.
