About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Engineer and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Your responsibilities will include working on all Ricoh products and solutions, conducting site audits, and providing training to clients. You will also be involved in the setup and configuration of Ricoh equipment, as well as assisting with maintenance and repairs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for IT, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of IT and AV are highly desirable.
