About the opportunity
We're on the hunt for a Territory Sales Representative to join our Sydenham Branch and help make our brands and services available to the Trade. It's a role where you'll balance gaining and servicing profitable sales across your customer base whilst delivering outstanding customer service. You'll partner with some of our biggest customers and get fully immersed with a fantastic and fun team environment. Your role will be to develop and maintain advanced level relationships with customers to secure profitable growth – not just with external customers but with suppliers, and your internal support network too. You'll be a Master of Diplomacy and able to achieve great outcomes for all

About you

Our preferred candidate has a strong sales and systems focus and likes to spend time truly understanding our customers and providing relevant solutions in a timely manner. Technical electrical or trade knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement – what's important is a "can-do" attitude.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a customer call cycle and cold calling.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships, identifying business opportunities to increase sales and margin levels.
  • Keeping abreast of commercial and financial requirements to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Reporting and attending sales seminars.

The hours of work for your role are Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5.00pm.
