Job Overview

The Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager will lead a team of specialists within our Intelligent Workspace group, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through best practice execution and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Drive automation efforts, identify improvements, and oversee daily operations with minimal supervision.
  • Validate and assist in maintaining client risk and issues registers.
  • Promote governance for all implementations and changes affecting end-user environments.
  • Contribute to shift-left initiatives and the Service Improvement register.
  • Ensure project design principles result in service enhancements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A comprehensive understanding of supporting customers in outsourced delivery environments.
  • Previous operational management experience within Managed Services settings.
  • An excellent grasp of financials surrounding profit and loss.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software vendors' support processes, including product lifecycles.
  • Advanced End-User management knowledge, including Modern and Traditional End-Point Device Management solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
