Role Overview

We are seeking a Risk Management and Assurance Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of our cyber security assurance teams that supports a group of business groups within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cyber security assurance professionals to achieve the best security outcomes for the business group.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and system owners across our organization.
  • Brief senior leaders on key technical changes and opportunities in the cyber security domain and proactively use this to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing in an IT security or related role, including experience with risk assessment and certification processes.
  • Proven ability to successfully build trust and engagement with senior leaders through personal advocacy, vision, drive, and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Cyber security relevant certification, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP.
  • Able to obtain and retain "SECRET" clearance.
