We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our New Zealand Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing supporting documents.

You will be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage and influence various stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the New Zealand Leadership Team
  • Scheduling and managing Country Director calendar events
  • Coordinating and documenting meetings as appropriate
  • Ensuring NZ Leadership team is prepared for all meetings
  • Preparing supporting documents - Google Slides, Sheets, Docs etc.
  • Developing and managing regular project plan progress reports
  • Expense/purchase order management
  • Independent coordination of day-to-day aspects of specified program activities

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving dynamic business and work closely with the Chief of Staff, APAC to represent NZ having involvement with global projects, committees, change management programs as required.
