At Z, our Data, Analytics, and AI team leverages data to drive faster action, better decision-making, and improved customer experiences. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in effectively monitoring and measuring the performance of our business against critical privacy and risk requirements. This includes staying up-to-date with legislative changes and ensuring adherence to our risk appetite.

We strive to unify customer experiences across physical and digital channels, building and delivering innovative products where technology meets customer needs – web, retail, and app. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will design and implement marketing automation solutions that support our Group loyalty strategy, manage system architecture and data models, and plan and coordinate testing and inspection.

To succeed in this position, you must have experience with 'big picture' Marketing Automation solution design, multiple integrated systems, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AmpScript. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with Marketing and Loyalty Teams. Proven experience working with technical teams to develop and implement integrated marketing automation strategies is also required.

Beyond your technical expertise, you should be comfortable acting as an escalation point and have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience managing Martech products, including impact measurement and performance analysis, is highly valued.
