Corporate Services Manager Position

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Manager to lead our Central and Southern regions. This critical role oversees the effective delivery of corporate services functions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure facilities meet compliance requirements.
- Oversee nationwide health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate building security measures, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Manage the issuance of uniforms, identity cards, and other corporate materials.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Corporate Services team, promoting excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across corporate services functions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Corporate Services Manager or similar leadership role where corporate services or facilities management was a key component.
- Superior organisational skills, prioritisation, and deadline management while preserving accuracy.
- A genuine commitment to providing quality service to all customers and a keen sense of purpose and direction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written communication, and the capacity to build and manage effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong judgment and initiative, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks or issues are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities, and create innovative approaches to work-related challenges.
- Ability to plan work effectively, see the big picture, manage risks, and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
