Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality cleaning services to our residents, ensuring their rooms and common areas are clean and presentable
• Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents' rooms
• Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience working as a cleaner is ideal
• Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
• A reliable team player
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
