**The Position:**

We are seeking an exceptional Superconducting Interconnect Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for the integration of superconducting qubits and control chips on superconducting interposers.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Develop and optimize process flows for quantum component integration, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Collaborate with equipment and materials suppliers to advance quantum packaging technologies.
  3. Define and implement design rules and Process Design Kits (PDKs) for superconducting qubit components.
  4. Work with technical and business development teams to initiate industry consortia projects with supply chain partners.
  • PhD in Quantum Computing, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor or quantum process development and integration.
