About the Role:

This role requires a highly skilled Business Development Manager with extensive experience in selling Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the not-for-profit sector.

This position forms part of our Engagement Team and reports to our BD Global Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  3. Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions accordingly
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and technical specialists, to deliver tailored proposals
  5. Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and industry trends
  6. Engage with key stakeholders in the not-for-profit sector to understand their digital transformation needs
  7. Represent XP at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in business development/sales for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions
  2. Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, automation, and data analytics within Microsoft's ecosystem
  3. Experience operating within the not-for-profit sector (preferred)
  4. Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers
  5. A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, partner networks, and incentive programs
