Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director Northern South Island Region, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email and diary systems
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Coordinate workflows and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and wider teams

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
