Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director Northern South Island Region, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email and diary systems
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate workflows and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the Director and wider teams
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to manage shifting priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
