Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, including coordinating and managing contractors
  • Implementing sustainable initiatives to enhance the environmental performance of facilities
  • Communicating with tenants and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns
  • Developing and managing budgets to ensure costs are controlled
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades, renovations, and improvements to increase functionality and appeal
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making for the property portfolio

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and capital projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret building plans, contracts, and budgets
  • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • A tertiary qualification in property, construction, facilities management, or a related field
