About the Role

As a Sales Floor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, and providing excellent customer service. If your store has an online fulfillment function, you will also be responsible for efficiently picking online orders and packing them correctly to maximize shelf availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not required.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting.
