About the Position
The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including managing the store floor, leading the team, and implementing sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities and Expectations
The following are some of the key responsibilities and expectations for this role:

  • Manage the store floor, ensuring that all areas are fully stocked and merchandised
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and control store inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
