**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our vibrant team of six medical professionals. As a key member of our general practice team, you will provide high-quality, individualised care to our enrolled population. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our patients' overall wellbeing and promoting positive health outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing patient-centred care that takes into account each individual's unique needs and circumstances
  • Working collaboratively with our nursing team, intern nurse practitioner, practice pharmacist, pharmacist prescriber, administration staff, and other GPs to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Clinical guidance, assistance, education, and support to patients and colleagues alike

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or eligibility to apply
  • Fellowship of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners or training towards FRNZCGP
  • An international postgraduate medical qualification in general practice
  • A current practicing certificate
  • Good knowledge of general practice care in Aotearoa (New Zealand)
  • Experience in applying tikanga Māori in your work (desirable)
  • A full, clean NZ Driver Licence or equivalent
