Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Assessment and Surgical Unit on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in surgical nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • providing nursing care to patients in the Women's Assessment and Surgical Unit;
  • working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes;
  • participating in ongoing education and professional development to maintain currency in area of practice.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • a current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand;
  • a minimum of two years' post-graduate experience in a surgical setting;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
