Role Overview

\

We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team at Merchant 1948. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content across various channels.

\

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce video content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and our website.\
  • Collaborate with the digital and creative marketing teams to concept and create engaging video outputs for seasonal campaigns and retail outlooks.\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social and videography trends, pushing boundaries and identifying opportunities for growth.\
  • Work closely with the in-house creative team to develop key video outputs for all platforms.\
  • Research and produce video outputs for all seasonal campaigns, social platforms, and retail.\
  • Concept, shoot, and edit video content for all social channels.\
  • Videography, storyboard, shoot, and edit seasonal campaign video content.\
  • Help with shooting and processing clear-cut imagery for Ecommerce.\
  • Postproduction and editing skills in videography and photography.\
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to storyboard and present key concepts to leadership.\
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.\
  • Experience working in fashion and/or retail.\
  • A team approach - you love to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and can represent the business well in external settings.\
  • A growth mindset - you describe yourself as innovative and an early adopter when it comes to social trends.\
  • Ability to multitask several creative projects and flexibility to work in the ever-changing retail and digital space.\
