**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing and leading a small team of drainage professionals in the installation and maintenance of drainage infrastructure.


Your expertise in civil and residential stormwater systems will be essential in delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget.


**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Manage and lead a small crew of drainage professionals
  • Excavate trenches and lay pipes according to project requirements
  • Operate heavy machinery including excavators, rollers, and loaders
  • Communicate with Managers and construction teams to meet targets (daily, weekly, and key milestones)
  • Hold a Certified Drainlayer ticket and be CCC authorised (Preferred)
  • Ideally have W, T, and R endorsements
  • Hold a clean full class 1 or 2 NZ Driver's License
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to pass all pre-employment checks
  • Have a solid work ethic and be able to work well within a team
