Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • LEADING A TEAM OF HVAC MECHANICAL SITE INSTALLATION PROFESSIONALS TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE SITE MANAGER AND/OR PROJECT MANAGER TO ENSURE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS RUN SMOOTHLY.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment that meets company and legislative requirements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet and exceed their expectations.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A solid background in HVAC Mechanical, including design and construction knowledge.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the HVAC Mechanical industry, ideally in an installation environment.
  • 5+ years of post-trade experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising HVAC Mechanical installation teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid NZ Driver's License.
