Primarily working with the womenswear brand Seasalt Cornwall, you will showcase confidence in presenting, styling, and maintaining the product to uphold its brand standards.Key responsibilities include:Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledgeCreating exceptional Customer ExperiencesAssisting with the day-to-day operational activities required within the departmentUndertaking 1:1s with staffAs well as being a retail superstar, you will be expected to lead the team to best support daily operations.
Therefore, you will ideally be able to demonstrate previous experience managing and motivating a team.
You will need strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and the confidence to solve customer queries with diplomacy.You will be based in our Barrington mall location, with the flexibility to work in our flagship store in our central Christchurch city location.You will remain calm under pressure and always present a professional front.This is a fixed term opportunity commencing Mid-March through until Mid-September working approximately 34.75 hours per week - Tuesday - Saturday.Application close, 21 March 2025.
