We're seeking a Senior Compliance and Regulatory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring all activities align with our customer-centered strategy and comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a background in risk and compliance with at least five years' experience preferred. Experience working in NZ Regulatory Environments is essential. You'll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader dynamics of the general insurance industry landscape and the legal, regulatory, and license regimes that operate within New Zealand.

In this role, you'll contribute to company compliance policies and frameworks while ensuring local obligations and policies are implemented and embedded. You'll also translate regulations/law into obligations and work collaboratively with the business to ensure minimum control standards are applied.
