We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to help open our new centre. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building relationships with our new children and families. You will be part of a new centre from the ground-up, setting up the learning environment and developing the team values and philosophy.

The centre will provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old. Our indoor spaces are designed to support the learning and development of every age group – Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. Each room will be equipped with high-quality, focused resources designed to spark curious minds.

As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. This role is best suited for someone with a passion and drive in setting up a new team and Centre.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Situated in the Wooing Tree Estate, our beautiful, purpose-built centre will be licensed for 80 tamariki and feature four thoughtfully designed classrooms, including two specifically for under 2-year-old tamariki.

Key Requirements:

">

- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and curriculum
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki, and hold compliance in high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Proven leadership experience
- Innovator, able to unlock the potential of others
