Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth execution of IT processes across multiple store transitions.
- Coodinate cross-functional IT teams to execute seamless cutovers, including out-of-hours activities when required.
- Act as a trusted partner, keeping teams informed and IT transitions aligned with the overall COO/SAP Store Opening programme.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to minimise disruptions to store operations.
- Support and document continuous refinement of IT tools and workflows to enhance the ownership experience.
- Strong coordination and SAP knowledge with experience being at the centre of cross-functional IT deployment programmes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to develop and operationalise process and system changes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
