As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering seamless technology-driven experiences for store owners, teams, and customers during significant milestones such as new store openings or changes of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth execution of IT processes across multiple store transitions.
  • Coodinate cross-functional IT teams to execute seamless cutovers, including out-of-hours activities when required.
  • Act as a trusted partner, keeping teams informed and IT transitions aligned with the overall COO/SAP Store Opening programme.
  • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to minimise disruptions to store operations.
  • Support and document continuous refinement of IT tools and workflows to enhance the ownership experience.
Requirements
  • Strong coordination and SAP knowledge with experience being at the centre of cross-functional IT deployment programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to develop and operationalise process and system changes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
