We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Regional Office Coordinator to join our team in the Hamilton CBD office.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role supporting senior leadership.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, calendars, and priorities, as well as providing exceptional organizational skills and strong IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ordering/invoicing systems.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
