The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our commercial contractual aspects are managed effectively and in line with project objectives.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative within the public safety communications sector.
The key duties of this role include:
- Providing strategic legal advice on contracts, leases, and licenses.
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including supplier agreements, statements of work, and contract variations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing legal disputes and claims, as necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with project objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in law, with extensive experience in commercial and contract law, ideally in-house in an infrastructure, telco, or front-end projects environment.
As well as:
- 10-15 years minimum post-qualification legal experience.
- Proven senior experience in corporate commercial law and legal management.
- Strong understanding of business operations and compliance.
- Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in commercial and project management.
