About this Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead, cultivate, and grow their employment practice at Young Hunter. The firm's employment practice is high-growth area and has an excellent client base with strong relationships across the country.

Your Workload

As an employment specialist, your workload will comprise mediation, ERA, and employment court matters. You will also be involved in workplace investigations, personal grievances, IEA reviews, and providing strategic consultation for clients on the changing employment landscape.
