About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Contract Specialist to join our team at the Christchurch City Council. As a key member of our technical contracts team, you will be responsible for processing contract progress claims, preparing procurement documentation, and uploading tender documentation onto our tender portal.

You will have experience working with complex spreadsheets, contractual documents, and service level agreements. Additionally, you will be proficient in SAP, preferably in finance or procurement, and advanced in Excel. You will also have experience working with Capital Delivery Projects and NZS 3190/3916 contracts.
