Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team in Queenstown. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and set-up of projects, working closely with project and site managers to ensure smooth execution.

You will also be involved in tender management, subcontractor claim management, and final account work, including cost reporting and reconciliations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of commercial main contractor experience, including design and build experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent sub-contractor relationship development and management skills
  • A sharp eye for identifying variations and driving profitability on jobs
  • Solid contractual knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation
