About you:

- Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering or a related field
- Experience in successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that the project is completed within the set timeline and budget
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
- Identify and resolve project issues and challenges as they arise
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed to the required standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation

**Benefits**:

- Salary expectation between $160,000 - $180,000 per annum dependant on experience.
