Job Responsibilities

As a member of our Supply & Logistics team, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out technical, transactional, and maintenance tasks related to supplier management, procurement, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and drive business growth.
  • Providing technical expertise as a liaison between engineering and procurement during new product development and product introduction.
  • Carrying out rotational responsibilities, including supplier management and procurement, inventory management, and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification (minimum level 6 diploma) in an Engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, product, or manufacturing roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, product costing, and logistics principles.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and carry out technical Engineering Change Process related activities.
  • Attention to detail and proven track record of accuracy in processing.
  • Strong computer skills, including solid Excel skills and experience using ERP procurement and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
