  • Ensuring exceptional customer service through proactive communication and collaboration;
  • Contributing to achieving budgeted expenditure targets, including managing labor and food costs effectively;
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Past experience in pastry and cafe environments;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others;
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Detailed knowledge of health and safety protocols, including OHS and HACCP;
  • Sound understanding of financial management principles and their application in a commercial kitchen setting;
